The Delux is a small 3.5 star mini hotel near St. Isaac’s Cathdral and about 5 minutes walk for the Hermitage.

Features include tv, wi-fi, free breakfast

Rooms are mostly “townhouse style” with sleeping upstair and living downstairs.
